钢格栅板 Steel bar grating

一种由负载扁钢与横杆按照一定的间距正交组合并加以固定的开敞板式钢构件。

A open grid type  steel structure by bearing bar and cross bar  according to the orthogonal distance and fixed together.

压力电阻焊 Resistance welding

一种焊接方法，通过电流在金属交点处产生热量，当达到锻造温度时，施加压力，将材料锻造焊接在一起

A welded method whereby heat is generated at the metal intersection points by an electric current and, as the forging temperature is reached, pressure is applied and the materials are forge-welded together.

压焊钢格板 Pressure welding steel grating                                

在承载扁钢和横杆的每个交点处，通过压力电阻焊固定的钢格板，称为压焊钢格板。

At each intersection point of the bearing bar and cross bar, through a pressure resistance welding to fixed, known as pressure welding steel grating.

压锁钢格板 Pressure locked steel grating

在承载扁钢和横杆的每个交点处，通过压力将横杆压入承载扁钢或预先开好槽的承载扁钢中, 将其固定的钢格板, 称为压锁钢格板。

In the bearing bar and cross bar at each intersection , through pressure the cross bar is pressed into the bearing bar or pre-opened groove of the bearing bar to fixed , known as pressure locked steel grating.

负载扁钢 Bearing bar

承受主要荷载并沿着钢格板跨度方向排列的平面型扁钢或Ⅰ型钢。

Steel flat bars or steel I bars which bear the main load and arranged along the span direction

横杆 Cross bar

固定于负载扁钢上的扭绞方钢、圆钢或扁钢。

Cross fixed to the bearing bars, it may be steel twisted bar , flat bar, or round bar.

净空间隙 Clear opening

钢格板开敞通孔的最大内接圆直径。

The maximum inscribed circle diameter on the steel bar pitch of the grating .

负载扁钢中心间距 Bearing bar centers

相邻的两条负载扁钢之间的垂直距离（中心到中心)。

The vertical distance between the two bearing bars (center to center).

横杆中心间距 Cross bars centers

相邻的两条横杆之间的垂直距离（中心到中心）。

The vertical distance between the two cross bars (center to center).

包边板 Banding bar

固定于钢格板负载扁钢端头上的或其他开口、切口边缘上的扁钢、型钢或其他材料。

A steel flat bar or section fixed on side or end of grating panel or along the line of cutout

承载包边 Load-carrying band

承受和传递负载扁钢的载荷的包边

A band used to transfer the load between bearing bars.

装饰包边 Trim band

不承受和传递负载扁钢的载荷,用于改善外观的包边

A band which carries no load , but is used chiefly to improve appearance.

踢脚板 toe plate

固定于平台四周或钢格板切口, 开孔的边缘的挡板。

A flat bar attached flat against the outer edge of a grating or rear edge of a tread , and projecting above the top surface of grating or tread to form a lip or curb.

钢格板长度(跨度方向) length

平行于负载扁钢方向加上包边扁钢厚度的尺寸，称为钢格板的长度 (L)。

Overall measurement in a direction parallel to the bearing bars,called the steel grating  length (L)。

钢格板宽度 width

垂直于负载扁钢方向的尺寸，称为钢格板的宽度 (W)。

Overall measurement in a direction at right angles to the bearing bars, called the steel grating width (W).

钢格板边缘第一根横杆中心到板端的距离

Distance from centre of first cross bar to end of grating
